Safety First

The system features an EN 50191–compliant, modular safety solution that provides reliable protection for operating personnel against hazardous voltages while flexibly adapting to individual test setups and workplace conditions.

A broad range of accessories enables optimal configuration of the system to meet specific application, layout, and safety requirements.

Comfortable Operation and Reporting

The TTS1000D series, operated with the Solfas Test Suite 2 software, is designed for maximum flexibility and fully automated test execution, minimizing manual intervention and significantly reducing overall test time.

Once the transformer is connected, the complete test sequence is safely and conveniently controlled from a remote control unit PC. This ensures reliable operation, high operator safety, and fast, comfortable testing. Predefined and customizable test plans allow fully automated execution of all standard and special transformer tests, while comprehensive reporting guarantees complete traceability and professional documentation of all results.

All Routine Tests in One System

The following tests are performed in accordance with IEC 60076:

  • No-load loss and current
  • Short-circuit impedance and load loss
  • Induced AC voltage
  • Voltage ratio and vector group

  • Winding resistance

  • Heat run (temperature rise)
