Precision Power Measurement

The IVT1000 integrates a factory-calibrated high-accuracy measurement system, eliminating the need for external measuring instruments during induced voltage testing. With better than ±0.5% measurement accuracy, all relevant electrical parameters are measured directly within the system, ensuring reliable and repeatable results in accordance with IEC 60076-3.
Integrated Measurements
The IVT1000 continuously monitors all essential electrical parameters throughout the complete test sequence:

  • TRMS Voltages or AC Peak Voltages
  • TRMS Currents
  • Active, Reactive and Apparent Power
  • Power Factor

All measurement channels are factory-calibrated to provide accurate, repeatable and standards-compliant results while simplifying test setup and reducing the need for additional instrumentation.

Stable Sinusoidal Output Voltage

The IVT1000 generates a low-distortion 3-phase sinusoidal output for induced AC voltage testing with controlled frequency and voltage levels.

Intuitive Operation

The IVT1000 is designed for fast and straightforward operation. Its integrated touch display provides direct access to all system functions, measured values and operating parameters, enabling efficient setup and reliable test execution.

For automated environments, the integrated Ethernet interface with web-based remote control allows convenient operation from any PC within the network. This simplifies system integration, remote monitoring and production automation without requiring additional software.

Induced AC Voltage Tests
– Requirements of the IEC standard

Induced AC voltage (ACSD) tests must be performed during routine and type tests at power transformers according
to IEC 60076-3. A symmetrical sinusoidal 3-phase voltage with at least twice the nominal frequency
is required for these tests. The test voltage is normally set to twice the nominal voltage.
The IVT1000 series meets exactly these requirements.
